Alexis Brodsky
Founder and CEO
Alexis has been working in executive search and human resources consulting for over 25 years.
As a specialist in the Manufacturing industry and Services sectors, he advises and supports many investors, business leaders and HR directors in building and developing their teams in France and internationally.
Before founding Pontramier Executive Search, Alexis was an associate director at Arrowman Executive Search for 15 years, where he developed the Manufacturing Industry & Services practice.
He graduated in Psychology from La Sorbonne University (Paris V - René Descartes) and also studied at the University of Montreal and UQAM (University of Quebec in Montreal).
Trilingual in French, English and Spanish, he has held operational roles within several international networks of executive search firms.
He teaches at the Paris School of Law and Management (Paris-Panthéon-Assas University).
